Will the score be ready to print?
Close. A clean recording at a steady tempo engraves well; a rubato performance needs the tempo confirmed and the grid loosened. Fine editing is what MusicXML and a notation program are for.
Can it separate the hands?
Not as two staves in this release: the score is a single part, with a split at middle C for readability. The MIDI has every note on one track.
What if the piano is inside a band recording?
Split the song first with the stem splitter; piano lands in the other stem with guitars and synths, which is the best stem to upload here.
What do I get back?
MIDI on a piano instrument, MusicXML, a printable score and a piano roll with playback. It asks for your email once per browser.
